Association Governing Documents

  • Association Amended & Restated Master Deed
    This legal document defines the real property of the organization as well as the responsibilities of the organization and its' members regarding that property. This document was amended and restated in December of 2010.
  • Association Articles of Incorporation
    This legal document forms and recognizes the Association as a legal entity in the State of Michigan. These documents are part of the Association Governing Documents.
  • Association By Laws
    This legal document are the standards, rules and regulations for the operation of the Association as well as the agreements which the members have agreed to live under and abide by in purchasing their home.

  • Co-owner Information Form
    This form is for you to keep the assocaition up to date on your information. It is critical to keep the assocaition informed so that we can not only keep you up to date on critical association information, but also to contact you as needed, particularly in the event of an emergency.
  • Designated Voter Form
    The association documents recognize that there is only one vote per unit and state that each unit must designate a voter to represent the unit at all association meetings, particularly those which require a vote. This document is to be kept on file with the Association records.
  • Homeowner and Association Responsibility Matrix
    Enclosed is the Association matrix that is a quick guide in determining responsiblity for maintenance, repair and replacement.
  • Lease addendum form
    If you lease or rent your unit, you are required to inform the association in writing, provide a copy of your lease for review, once reviewed provide a copy of the signed lease and the association lease addendum.
  • Modification Request Form
    This form is if you desire to modify or change the exterior of condominium or alter the condominium. This would include satellite dishes. As a note, there is a separate form for screen doors.

    This form is for screen doors. Screen door requests for doors not on the approved list must be submitted via the form and cannot be installed unless the are approved in writing.
